Bio: Karen O’Connor is a popular speaker at women’s retreats and conferences and an award-winning author of over 55 books. She has appeared on major television talk shows including The 700 Club and 100 Huntley Street (in Canada) and Geraldo at Large. Karen is also a respected writing instructor for the Christian Writers Guild, the Long Ridge Writers Group, and a former teacher for the University of California, Extension. Karen was named Writer of the Year for 1997 by the San Diego Christian Writers Guild and she received the 2002 Special Recognition Award from the Mount Hermon Christian Writers Conference. Her humor books for seniors have sold over 300,000 copies.
