Kim Ketola

BIO:

Kim Ketola is a speaker, writer and broadcaster most well known as Kim Jeffries (CBS’ WCCO Radio and Television, KTIS/Faith Radio Network, and KS95). Her book CRADLE MY HEART, FINDING GOD’S LOVE AFTER ABORTION (Kregel, 2012) features a Foreword by Ruth Graham. Kim has traveled internationally as conference faculty, her commentaries have appeared in several publications, and she is a frequent media guest addressing pro-life issues on Salem, Moody, and other network outlets. Kim’s other speaking credits include business organizations, churches, community events, and women’s groups.

Kim studied communications at Northwestern University, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in ministry in 2008 from University of Northwestern, St. Paul, where she also taught media ministry as adjunct faculty. Tim Pawlenty appointed Kim as chairperson of the MN Governor’s Council on Faith and Community Service Initiatives (2006–2008), and she has served many ministries reaching the homeless, the addict, and those in prison with the message of the love of Jesus Christ. She is currently pursuing a Certificate in Lay Chaplaincy. She and her husband, Bruce, are semi-retired and enjoying their still-growing family including seven grands.
