Dr. Sylvia Hart Frejd is the daughter of Dr. Archibald D. Hart. She has a master’s degree specializing in Christian counseling and an earned doctorate of ministry in leadership specializing in spiritual formation and is also certified in Internet Addiction. She is a Flourish in Life and Relationships Coach and coach trainer and speaks at women’s conferences and retreats on “Your True Love Story.” She lives in Virginia with her husband, Russ, and their three digital natives.
