BIO:
Hello! My name is Julie McLaughlin. I am a wife, Mom, retired paralegal, and a grandmother of seven. Over the years of my career in the legal field, I won several awards, including legal secretary of the year and paralegal of the year. I am involved at my church as the President of our ladies of charity organization. I have recently written and published, a memoir, entitled; The gift of time: a birth mother’s memoir. I have spoken at about five or six local book clubs, our church, a community college, and I’m slated to speak at our local library on the day before Mother’s Day.
Many people have commented that the book has a lovely message and should become a Hallmark movie! Ha ha.
I am interested in pursuing and learning more about other speaking engagements, as well as attending conferences to learn, and gain more knowledge.
