BIO: 

Delaine Shay grew up in a small South Dakota town, population 200 counting cats and dogs. She has two sisters living is Arizona and a brother and sister in heaven. She lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with her husband Owen and little dog Sophie. She has awesome nieces and nephews. She is a stepmother to four great kids and loves being Grandma Dee to nineteen grandchildren and four greats. She graduated from Augustana College and is a Certified Spiritual Director and an Addiction Ministry Advocate at her home church, Our Savior’s Lutheran. Creativity and helping others are some of her many passions inspiring her to write this memoir of hope and healing.
