BIO:
After living all over the USA, Lois Kennis loves the unpredictable seasons of Central Iowa, where she lives close to her four children and seven grandchildren. She writes Christian novels and devotionals to stir the hearts of seekers and fortify the souls of believers. Rise on Eagles’ Wings, her debut novel, won the 2023 NYC Big Book Award for Christian Fiction. Lois offers local journaling workshops, speaks to groups about themes in her writing, and enjoys encouraging other writers, especially those who write to illustrate the hope of Jesus. She is a member of Advanced Writers and Speakers Association (AWSA), American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW), Cascade Christian Writers (CCW), and Women’s Fiction Writers Association (WFWA).
