Bethany is the founder of The Kairos Bridge, LLC, a San Antonio-based parenting education and professional development practice. Holding both a Pharm.D. and an M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development, she works at the intersection of brain science, child development, and faith-rooted parenting education. Her work spans four lanes: parents, educators, employers/HR, and adults doing reparenting work. Her signature framework, Notice It · Name It · Nurture It ™, anchors each of her books, workbooks, YouTube episodes, Substack Posts, and speaking engagements. Bethany’s work is built on a single conviction: Once you understand what’s behind behavior, everything changes. She is also the author of the completed novel The Lost Heart Song, currently pursuing representation for publication.
