BIO:
Beth Fortune shares heart, humor, and hope through writing, teaching, and speaking. She speaks at women’s and church events, conferences, and retreats, and she also teaches Bible Studies. She serves as a teacher and mentor at Writer Conferences, where she encourages writers to bring their message from the page to the stage. Her writing contributions have appeared in multiple compilations, as well as in multiple books for Chicken Soup for the Soul, and in articles published in numerous magazines, including Charles Stanley’s InTouch Ministries, Focus on the Family, and Lifeway. Her devotions have been printed in Upper Room, Open Windows, and many online websites. Coming in the Spring of 2026 is her debut gardening devotion book, featuring her own photography—“The Potting Bench-60 Daily Garden Devotions with the Master Gardener” (Illumify Media). She lives in SC where she ministers with her husband at a local church.
