Karen Casey is a multi-award-winning, certified wedding planner with over 25 years’ experience who has transitioned her event-creation skills into the moment-making marketplace. She is the author of several published articles and guest columns, as well as a legacy line of commissioned Moment Marker books. She also authored “Splash JOY – Connecting with People One Moment At a Time”. A grits-eating, etiquette-loving Southern woman, Karen was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. She and her high school sweetheart, Mike, have been married since her teen years and have three nearly perfect children and nine grandchildren. She enjoys playing the piano, reading, writing, sewing, crafting, and making conversation-starting pom-poms.
