BIO:

Kristin Faith Evans is an award-winning author, national speaker, Licensed Master Social Worker, and mother of a daughter with complex medical and developmental needs. She is passionate about empowering parents with the skills to thrive, as well as equipping the professionals and ministry leaders who support them. Her marriage book for disability parents (coauthored with her husband), How to Build a Thriving Marriage as You Care for Children with Disabilities (Baker Books), has been featured in Christianity Today’s marriage newsletter and Today’s Christian Living Magazine. She has articles in numerous periodicals including Christian Counseling Connection Newsletter (American Association of Christian Counselors), Focus on the Family MagazineRare Parenting Magazine, and The Joyful Life Magazine. A regular guest blogger for Different Dream Living, she also has articles on the Key Ministry and Blue Ridge Mountains Christian Writers Conference blogs. Kristin was a guest speaker 35 times in 2024 at disability conferences and on shows such as Moody Radio and various podcasts. 
Kristin holds her MA in Christian Education and Ministries from Wheaton College and her MS in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. When she’s not reading, writing, or speaking, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors. She loves a good Italian roast coffee, dark chocolate, and conversations with friends.
