BIO:

Arlene is the weekly feature columnist for The Christian Broadcasting Network Israel since 2020.  Previously, as a professional folk singer, Arlene added a singing telegram company to her portfolio on Hilton Head Island. Later, she served on the mission field with Mercy Ships for eight years in public relations and writing, then in Romania with YWAM. For the last Twenty-five years,  Arlene has held professional positions with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) which benefits both the United States and Israel through legislation in US Congress, then with American Christian Leaders for Israel. Frequently traveling to Israel, Arlene is considered part of Christian media worldwide.  She grew up in Florence, S.C, and earned her BA at Winthrop University, and a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Alabama.  Arlene hosts her devotionals at www.ArleneBridegesSamuels.com  Married almost fifty years,  God miraculously surprised Arlene and Paul with two infants through adoption in their early forties;  a son born in Charleston, SC and a daughter born in Romania.  They are grateful, young- at -heart baby boomers blessed with two millennials, now 36 and 33.
