Sarah Goebel

Sarah Goebel

BIO:

Sarah Hall Goebel loves God, His Word, His church, His people, her family, poodles and coffee. She believes that we need an experience of Christ coupled with a knowledge of Christ from the Scripture in order to experience the abundant life available in Christ. She explains that God’s heart is one of goodness and mercy for He Himself is LOVE and we must use this revelation as a lens through which all Scripture is then to be interpreted.

She has four published books on Christian living: Experience Godliness God’s Way, Experience Real Satisfaction, Satisfied Woman, and Enjoying God Through Purposeful Living. She has been interviewed on numerous radio stations and TV broadcasts both national and international. For the past fifteen years, however, her time and energy has been mostly consumed with serving in pastoral ministry with her husband where she has opportunity to speak weekly to a small congregation.

Sarah is blessed to have received an honorary Doctorate degree in Ministry from North Central Theological Seminary, St. Petersburg, FL. She earned a Master of Theology from the highly accredited Regent University’s School of Divinity, Virginia Beach, VA with the honor of Magna Cum laude and she graduated Summa Cum laude with her Bachelors from Grace College of Divinity (now Manna University), Fayetteville, NC. As a spirit-filled disciple of Christ, Sarah says she studied as did the Bereans in Acts to “see if these things are so” – and which things are so. Her passion is to find Truth and help eradicate the lies often held because of tradition and misunderstanding that keep people in bondage and from really knowing God. She has witnessed in her life and others’ lives, the transforming power of truth and the freedom and peace it brings to follow Christ, be transformed, and glorify the Lord Jesus.

Sarah is grateful to have experienced what she calls a true biblical “oneness” relationship in marriage where she and her husband walked side by side without any kind hierarchy in their relationship. This along with the topics of women called to ministry, and the spiritual growth and transformation journey are amongst her favorite to teach. Her two adult children and two grandsons, one an infant and the other an adult are held close to her heart as is her husband and standard poodle, both recently passed.
