They include Spiritual Spandex for the Outstretched Soul (spiritual growth); When I Felt Like Ragweed, God Saw a Rose (the ministry of encouragement); When I Got on the Highway to Heaven, I Didn’t Expect Rocky Roads (steadfastness in trials), and When I Prayed for Patience…God Let Me Have It! (patience). She won the 1999 “Pacesetter Award” of the Mount Hermon Christian Writers Conference and the 2000 Heritage Keepers/NavPress “Woman of Influence” essay contest.
