Kathy is a popular women\u2019s conference and retreat speaker and has spoken in 34 states and 8 foreign countries. She is a best-selling author of over 50 books including her latest,\u00a0Pure-Hearted: The Blessings of Living Out God\u2019s Glory<\/em>. Her other books include\u00a0Never Ever Be the Same: A New You Starts Today<\/em>\u00a0(co-authored with her husband, Larry),\u00a0No More Anger: Hope for an Out-of-Control Mom<\/em>, and\u00a0Why Do I Put So Much Pressure On Myself and Others?<\/em>.<\/p>\n

In over 40 years of ministry, Kathy has written commentaries, Christian living titles, and Bible studies. Her women\u2019s Bible study series includes\u00a0Heart Wisdom<\/em>\u00a0(Proverbs), \u00a0Whispers of My Heart<\/em>\u00a0(prayer)\u00a0Choices of the Heart<\/em>\u00a0(women of the Bible), and At the\u00a0Heart\u00a0of Friendship<\/em>\u00a0(relationships).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Her ministry began when God delivered her from abusive anger toward her toddler daughter. He healed the wounded relationship with her daughter and her husband, Larry. Larry and Kathy were\u00a0married in 1970 and speak together as a couple at couples events and also individually. Kathy has a fabulous relationship with her daughter.<\/div>\n

Kathy and Larry are also lay counselors. Kathy has a wide variety of topics that encourage, instruct and inspire women to draw closer to God and also come to know Him for the first time.
