Debbie\u2019s passion is to help women who lead eliminate struggles of perfectionism, control, keeping up appearances, desiring a deeper walk with God; the battles that come with leading and influencing others. She equips women to put down their appearances, to stay authentic and be victorious in the impact God created and designed them for.\u00a0She conducts intimate retreats for women at Glen Eyrie Castle in Colorado Springs, CO and partners with women through intimate groups or individual coaching. Debbie is called to work with pastors wives helping them to embrace their influence. Her specialties include: Building, leading and managing teams, driving process improvement, strengthening spiritual depth, establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries, personal serenity, and foundations for a thriving life. Debbie Luxton is a professionally trained life coach, certified Christian leadership coach, John Maxwell Team founding partner and certified leadership coach, author and women\u2019s retreat leader. Debbie has over 35 years experience building and leading corporate and volunteer teams. She and her husband have led the local Celebrate Recovery ministry in Washington, MO since 2006. Debbie serves as a board officer for the Christian Coaches Network International and President of the St. Louis Chapter of the International Association of Women.
