She has a master&#8217;s degree in leadership and multiple coaching certifications in communication, conflict resolution and peacemaking. Her life&#8217;s work includes launching multiple Long Term Care\/ Social Service Programs and building and managing teams. She currently serves as an internal executive coach\/ consultant. She leads the women&#8217;s ministry in her home church and she and her husband serve as premarital counselors and mentors to couples in conflict.
