Dynamic speaker, Powerful Motivator, and Certified Professional Coach; Karren Todd is a native Memphian with over 20 years of experience in leadership development and team dynamics. \u00a0Fusing her gift of humor with world class coaching techniques, Karren helps her clients digest the hard truths so that they can SEE more, DO more and BE more. Karren serves clients in Ministry and in the Marketplace. Recent Corporate clients have included: FedEx, Regional One Health and Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority.<\/span><\/p>\n

After serving 15 years in full time ministry, with eight years as Senior Associate Pastor of New Direction Christian Church, Karren is now walking fully in her entrepreneurial gifts and continues to serve God by serving others. She is the Executive Director of POWER Ministries \u2013a nonprofit that empowers women and girls to discover and unleash God\u2019s power that is within them. She has launched powerful initiatives such as Project STAND \u2013an initiative that seeks to help raise awareness and resources for survivors and those surviving domestic violence; and Higher Learning which blends life skills, self-esteem, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution to prepare teen girls to be productive in their schools and communities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Loving mother, Community Advocate and Author, Karren has received many honors and awards, including Women of Excellence and Female Pastor of the Year, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Memphis. Her recently released devotional journal, Power Walk, made Amazon\u2019s Top 100 Hot New Releases (#34) during the first week of distribution. Karren holds a Master of Divinity degree from Memphis Theological Seminary and is pursuing her Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Therapy. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
