Lori is passionate about helping families build connections that last a lifetime. She meets moms, dads, and grandparents where they are with her warmth, transparency, humor, and straight-forward, faith-filled approach. She is a licensed parent-family educator, award winning author, cohost of the podcast MOMents with Lori & Lee Ann (sponsored by Raising Christian Kids), co-founder of 1 Corinthians 13 Parenting, and national speaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lori has authored or co-authored 6 traditionally published books with the multi-award-winning book Messy Hope: Help Your Child Overcome Anxiety, Depression, or Suicidal Ideation <\/em><\/strong>being her most recently published book.<\/strong>She writes for a number of on-line magazines including Focus on the Family, MomLife Today, Crosswalk.com, ChristianParenting.org, Just Between Us, and Her View from Home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lori has spoken in Oregon, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, Missouri, Ohio, Arizona, Michigan, Alabama, Kansas, Wyoming, Florida, California, Texas, Minnesota, and Colorado and is a member of AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tom and Lori adopted their oldest child from Bogota, Colombia and had 3 more the old-fashioned way. Three of the Wildenberg kids are married and currently there are four, soon-to-be five, grandchildren in the mix. The Wildenberg home is nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. A perfect day in Lori\u2019s world is a hike with Tom, Toby, their goldendoodle, and any combination of their growing family!
