Aldrich, president and CEO of Bold Words, Inc., in Colorado Springs is a popular speaker and award-winning author or co-author of 23 books.<\/p>\n<p>She holds a Master of Arts degree from Eastern Michigan University, but says it is her \u201cPh.D. in the School of Hard Knocks\u201d that makes her a frequent guest on TV and radio programs, including several Focus on the Family broadcasts.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra\u2019s speaking style is \u201cmake a point, tell a story\u201d and she presents life\u2019s serious issues with spiritual insight and humor.\u00a0 Her events include women\u2019s and couple\u2019s retreats, single-parent conferences, military programs, hospice seminars, business meetings and educational workshops.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to her speaking, Sandra\u2019s love for the Lord and family show up in writing. Her most recent book\u2014and first novel\u2014<em>Zetta\u2019s Dream: An Appalachian Coal Camp Novel<\/em>, won the 2016 Silver Scroll from the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association.
