Organizational Systems. She has taught Kindergarten through Grade 5 and Grade 7. She has
also taught at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA in the Leadership for Change
doctoral program and managed the Infant and Early Childhood Development PhD program. She
has supervised dissertations for numerous students and has done many research studies. She
has presented seminars in Spanish, French, Italian, and English in 18 countries and has many
