BIO:

Louise Tucker Jones is an award-winning author and inspirational
speaker, sharing God’s love and grace through difficult times. She is the
author and co-author of six books, including Extraordinary Kids, which
received the Gold Medallion Book Award. As the mother of a son with Down
syndrome, she often writes and speaks about the abundant gifts God has
given to people with special needs.
Her work has been featured in 40 plus compilation books, including over a
dozen Chicken Soup for the Soul titles, and numerous magazines such as
Guideposts, Angels On Earth, Focus On The Family, and Special Education
Today. She has appeared on several radio and television programs including
Dr. Robert Schuller’s, “The Hour of Power.”
Louise resides in Edmond, Oklahoma where she is a columnist for Edmond
Outlook Magazine. Married to Carl, her forever love, for 45 years before he
relocated to heaven, she is the mother of four children—three in heaven and
one on earth—as well as a grandmother and young great-grandmother.
A professed chocoholic, Louise speaks at banquets, conferences, retreats
and other events and is noted for making an audience “laugh and cry.” She
has taught on the faculty of American Christian Writer’s Conference and
holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
