BIO: 

Sioni is active in the fight against human rights violations which include human trafficking. She is also an advocate for women who have been sexually assaulted and victims of domestic violence. She is a dedicated team member of Our Freedom Journey Ministries (Stand against Human Trafficking). Sioni has been a frequent guest speaker for Deeper Conferences and has spoken extensively about human rights in churches both around the World and in the United Sated Her powerful testimonies have encouraged people, who have suffered and survived this horrific experience, to forgive so that they can find healing in the Lord. In addition, Sioni is a very active coordinator in the Angel Tree program. Angel Tree is a program that reaches out to the children of prisoners and their families with the love of Christ. Through this program she has arranged sponsorships for Angel Tree children to attend a free week at summer camp, Christmas gifts and more. She helps these children to connect with Jesus and to know the assurance of his love. Sioni became a Chaplain through UNIPAS in 2012. Together, with her husband Chaplain Richard Rodriguez, she is a leader in the Pleasant Valley Assembly of God prison ministry. She and Richard serve Northampton Correctional Facility; holding multiple services in Northampton Prison for both men and women. Sioni received her Associates degree in Biblical Academic Studies Her Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling In addition Sioni holds an associate’s degree in nursing. Sioni is also active member of A Time to Heal Christian International Ministry. And is an ambassador for Project Rescue. The Lord has blessed Sioni with two children and one grandchild. Her son Sergio is a recent graduate of West Point Academy and the father of Sergio II. Her daughter Sheila earned a Master degree in theology and is the mother of Xiannita. Sioni is committed to serving our Lord and to helping others recognize the beauty and brightness in Christian Life by the acceptance of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
